Sleep Consultation
Provided by Harriet Blannin-Ferguson - Mother, Child & Family Health Midwife & NDC Accredited Sleep Clinician.
Let’s do a deep dive, problem solve and unlearn what you have previously been told about baby sleep over a 1.5 - 2hr clinic consultation.
A biologically aligned and truly evidence-based, intuitive, and respectful approach that works for the whole family, without sleep training.
I educate you and equip you with the tools to optimise your child’s sleep. We work with your baby’s specific biological sleep rhythms, while still responding to their cues and supporting their development. We explore factors impacting on sleep - such as sleep patterns, daily routine, sleep environment, feeding, health and wellbeing. We then discuss strategies to help with your baby’s sleep, and provide a Baby Sleep Summary within 48 hours.
Packages conclude with an email check-in 2 weeks post consult.

Breastfeeding

Parenting in the early days can come with a few challenges so we cover what to expect over the first few weeks and what is (or is not) normal.
